plentiful breakfast clean room better location missing amenities modern style website picture

The breakfast was plentiful with great variety. The room was serviced every day, and it was very clean. The maps app gave me a better sense of the hotel location using the street address.

The room was not as advertised. The amenities listed on the website were not present. The style was more modern. THIs was not a problem.

Wonderful Stay Close to San Marco

central location helpful staff delicious breakfast

The hotel's proximity to San Marco Square and the main shopping areas was a definite plus. It was also an easy walk from the Rialto vaporetto stop. I found the breakfast buffet to be very good, with a great selection of pastries, fruit, and juices. The hotel staff was very cute and helpful.

My room was quite small.

The hotel is a five-minute walk to San Marcos Square and also has convenient access with a water dock. Water taxis pull right up to the hotel dock. This prevents any lugging around of luggage.

The hotel has a charming terrace near the water where guests can watch gondolas. The terrace is ideal for a late drink after a long day exploring. A lift takes everything right up and down so this is very convenient.

The staff was very kind and attentive. Stephanie from the front desk made marvelous surprises for a birthday treat at breakfast. She made a restaurant reservation and a cake with candles arrived at the table.

The rooms are super clean. The hotel has very effective air conditioning, a wonderful plus for the summer. A card key is used instead of a heavy key, convenient.

The breakfast buffet was lovely with a large assortment of pastries, fruit and juices. The buffet included egg and meat options. The breakfast staff was very helpful and gave me a large selection of gluten free bread and croissants.

The hotel provided a water taxi directly from the airport to its private dock. My room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast offered many great options. The staff greeted guests with a warm welcome.

The bathroom lacked sufficient hooks for towels. There was no convenient shelf space.

The staff was WONDERFUL. They were helpful with every question. The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to many attractions and restaurants.

Our room faced a busy street, and the noise was disruptive. The bathroom was small, and storage space was limited. The breakfast selection, while decent, lacked variety after a few days.
